We're big burger fans here at NobleSole and ever since I arrived in Toronto several years ago I've been on a quest to find the city's best burger. Most burger talk in Toronto surrounds The Burger's Priest, so we're going to skip them and talk about a few of our other favourites (in no particular order).
Probably the first great burger I found in Toronto. Their Griddle Smashed Classic Burger is basic but delicious. The Stockyards also serves some pretty fantastic ribs and fried chicken if you're not in the mood for a burger.
2. Holy Chuck
BQM (Beer and Quality Meats) is another long time favourite - especially because it is one of the few burger spots to be licensed. Using only local Ontario beef that is ground in-house daily they consistently serve deliciousness. The Hawaiian Burger gets me every time - in fact, I have yet to try anything else on the menu!
A member of the Parts & Labor family, The P&L Burger serves up a tasty burger and old school accompaniments such as shakes and floats.
While the Local is a national chain and not a Toronto-grown burger joint, if you're looking for a place to catch the game, have a few drink AND eat a great burger, the Local has you covered. The Deluxe is a classic bacon cheese burger, but the Manhattan Burger is also a delicious choice!
These are our burger picks for Toronto. If you feel there's something out there that we missed and need to try, please let us know!
